South East Central Railway Raipur Apprentices Recruitment Online Form 2026: : Age Limit as on 05/05/2026.

HOW TO APPLY

• Candidates can apply online only from 05.05.2026 to 04.06.2026 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
•  Details of Document to be uploaded:
  • Photo(4.5cm × 3.5cm)
    
  • Signature (with blackink)
    
  • Left-handthumb impression(with blackor blue ink on white paper)
    
  • Handwrittendeclaration(withblackink on white paper) (text is givenbelow)
    
  • Ensuring that all these scanned documents conform to the required specifications providedinpoint C. 
  • Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS of English willnotbe accepted. 
  • The thumb impression of the left hand should be clearly scanned and not blurred. (If a candidatedoesnothave a left thumb, he/she canuse the thumb ofhis/her right hand.)
• Application Registration :
  • Candidates to go to the U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board website https://www.upcisb.upsdc.gov.in click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen. 
  • Select the “Click here for New Registration” tab for application registration and enter the name, contact details and email ID. A temporary registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note it down. Information regarding the registration number and password will also be sent through email and SMS. 
  • If the candidate is not able to complete the application in one go, he/she can save the data already filled by selecting the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Verify the details using the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature AND make necessary modifications before the final submission. Visually impaired candidates should fill out the application carefully and verify the detailsbefore the final submission. 
  • Candidates are advised to fill in and verify the details themselves carefully, as no change will be possible/acceptable after clicking the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button. 
  • The name of the candidate or the name of his/her father/husband etc. should be spelled correctly as per the certificate / marksheet / identity card. In case of any change/discrepancy, the candidature maybe rejected. 
  • Verify the details by clicking on the “Validate your details” and “Save & Next” buttons andsave the application. 
  • Upload photograph and signature asper the specifications giveninpoint “C”. 
  • Fill in the other details of the application form. 
  • Preview the entire application before “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” by clicking on the “Preview” tab. 
  • Make amends if necessary and click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” only after confirmingthat the photo, signature andother details are correct.
  • Make the paymentbyclickingonthe “Payment” tab. 
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
• Photograph file type/ size:
  • Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
  • Size of file should be between 20 kb – 50 kb and Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
  • Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light coloured,
    preferably white, background.
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
  • If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
  • If you have to use flash, ensure there’s no “red eye”
  • If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections, and your eyes can be clearly seen.
  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
  • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colour etc., during the process of scanning.
• Signature file type/ size:
  • Dimensions: 140x 60pixels
  • Size:10 KB – 20 KB (Signature), 20 KB – 50 KB (ThumbImpression)
  • ThumbImpression: 240x240pixels, 200 DPI
  • Declaration:800x 400pixels, 200 DPI, Size:50 KB –100 KB
  • Write the declarationinblack inkin clear English. 
  • Signatures/declarationin capital letters willnot be accepted.  If the signature isnot matched, there will be disqualification.
