 How to Apply 

• Registration of Personal details and contact details. User-ID will be candidate’s e-mail ID and password will be sent through e-mail/ SMS on registered e-mail and mobile number.
• Re-Login to complete the fields of Personal details, Communication details, Qualification details, Declaration and upload of relevant documents and to submit application fee (wherever applicable) online via Payment Gateway.
• The candidate should fill up all the required information, ie, Personal details, Contact details, etc. correctly and press Generate OTP button.
• OTPs will be sent to the candidate’s mobile No. & e-mail ID, separately. The candidate must enter both OTPs to verify mobile No. & e-mail ID, respectively.
• Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking ‘I Agree’ Check box given after the declaration and then re-verify the selected/ entered values by clicking the “Re-verify” button and then ticking the Check Boxes, if the entered values are displayed correctly, and pressing the “Submit” button.
• Photograph Image. Passport size recent colour photograph (taken not before one month from date of registration) of size 100 KB to 200 KB in .jpg or .jpeg format only (front portrait in light background without facemask and head gear except for Sikhs). The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/ her chest with his/ her name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters while looking straight at the camera with a relaxed face. Change in appearance like growing beard, head gear etc.
• Candidate’s Signature Image. Candidate has to sign on white paper with black ink pen and must be signed only by the candidate not by any other person. Scan the signature area only and not the entire page. Candidate’s signature image (Size 80 KB to 150 KB) in .jpg or .jpeg format only.
• Candidate’s Parent’s Signature Image. Candidate’s parent’s (Father/ Mother)/ Guardian’s signature image properly scanned and properly uploaded at a specified place (if candidate is below 18 years on the date of filling the online application).
• Left Thumb Impression Image. Left thumb impression must be of the candidate and not of any other person. Please scan the left thumb impression area only and not the entire page. Left hand thumb should be inked by placing on stamp pad and then place this inked thumb on plain blank paper. Impression of the thumb should be properly scanned and uploaded (Size 50 KB to 100 KB in .jpg or .jpeg format only).
• Candidate’s Live Image Capture. Live image of the candidate will be captured during the online registration. The facial features of the candidate in the uploaded photo will be marked against the real time photo. Candidate will be able to submit the application, only in case of photo match. Candidate should be ready with web camera to capture and upload live image.
• Examination Fee. Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will be redirected to payment gateway through Net Banking/ Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/ UPI to deposit the non-refundable examination fee of ₹550/- plus 18% GST (non-refundable). Candidates are advised to verify the details and make the payment for application fee via different payment modes. Post successful payment of application fee, the application form gets auto submitted and candidate will be redirected to his/ her application form.
• Printing of the Submitted Application Form. On successful submission of the Application Form and after payment of the application fee, the candidate should print his/ her application form, containing the details submitted by the candidate, by pressing “PRINT” button and saving/ printing his/ her application form in PDF. PLEASE RETAIN THE PRINT OUT OF THE APPLICATION FORM WITH YOU FOR FUTURE REFERENCES.
